English Lacrosse Announces Sallie Barker and Martin Jackson as Board Candidates

English Lacrosse is pleased to announce that Sallie Barker and Martin Jackson have applied to join English Lacrosse’s board directors and their nominations will be put to a vote at the annual English Lacrosse AGM on June 28th.

English Lacrosse is delighted to have two highly experienced professionals look to join the board with both candidates bring a wealth of professional, high level board and lacrosse experience which will further enhance the transition to strategy focused board.

Sallie Barker is a well-known and highly regarded member of the lacrosse community and brings over 30 years experience working as a professional sports administrator. Sallie has been the Women’s Playing Committee Chair for the past 10 years which means that she currently holds a position on the English Lacrosse Board until the AGM.

Martin Jackson brings a wealth of commercial and professional experience, and will also be well known to the lacrosse community as a player, coach and manager. Martin’s professional experience has seen him hold senior positions in various industries enabling him to have a wide range of commercial experience.
