English Lacrosse Seek a New Chief Executive Officer
We are looking to recruit a Chief Executive Officer for the English Lacrosse Association, the National Governing Body for Lacrosse.
It is an exciting time to join English Lacrosse, with the sport developing rapidly over recent years and the size and scope of the organisation increasing significantly. The CEO will be leading the organisation forward at the start of a new 10 year strategy.
The successful appointee will have excellent leadership and communication skills, knowledge, understanding and passion for sport; empathy for working with volunteers at different levels; and proven management and financial experience. You will have a dynamic, forward thinking professional approach. A knowledge of lacrosse is desirable but not essential.
This is a really exciting time for lacrosse, we are delivering success through our development programme and achieving some great results through our professional staff.
