**EXCLUSIVE TO CAMP**
On August 4th Phil Collier, England Lacrosse Women’s National Team Director will be visiting the Camp to deliver a coaching clinic for the campers.
Charterhouse has 400 years of history and is one of the leading independent boarding schools in the world. The school moved from London to its current 250 acre site in Godalming, Surrey in 1872. Charterhouse remains predominately a boarding school with around 800 pupils, taking boys from 13 and girls in the sixth form.
Camp Experience & Opportunities
Girls attending the camp can do so either as a day camper, experiencing a full lacrosse curriculum of events between drop-off and pick-up or as a residential camper. Residential campers, in addition to the lacrosse curriculum will also experience a programme of evening activities, breakfast each morning and an evening meal each night.
All campers will be served lunch on each day of the camp.
Residential campers will reside within two of Charterhouse’s 12 boarding houses, Triple Arrows has secured 2 of the 7 houses located on the sport centre side of the school. Each boarding house located on Charterhouse’s grounds have been designed to be unique from each other with each house presenting different layouts and quirks in its design. Houses can accommodate between 50 and 56 campers split over three floors, the majority being single occupancy rooms, non of which have en-suite facilities. Each of the three floors is split into two wings, rooms are then arranged in clusters in which bathroom facilities are shared between, typically 20 campers will share 5 showers, 5 toilet and 8 wash basins.
Information regarding the specific houses allocated to Triple Arrow Camps will be released in early 2016.
Drop-off & Pick-up Arrangements
Drop-off and Pick-up for all campers will take place outside the Ben Travers Theatre (No 15 on the downloadable map), car parking is available in the car park parallel to the theatre.
Parents are advised to enter the school grounds via the queens drive entrance and proceed down the road to the car park.
Residential campers will need to arrive between 9:30am-10:00am on Tuesday August 2nd for Registration, this will allow camp staff to arrange your daughter’s accommodation prior to day campers arriving and camp starting.
Day campers will need to arrive between 10:00am-10:30am on Tuesday August 2nd for Registration.
From Wednesday onwards please ensure campers arrive at 8:45am for a 9:00am start.
Afternoon sessions will finish at 5:00pm, with pick-up between 5:15pm-5:30pm.
*Please be aware evening meals will not be provided for day campers and they must be off-site before 5:30pm.
Final Day Arrangements-Friday 5th August
All Parents/Guardians are invited to come and watch campers play from 2:00pm at the lacrosse pitches.
There will also be an opportunity for you to join the girls for a camp presentation which will take place at approximately 4:00pm.
If you are unable to attend the afternoon games or presentation, pick up will take place around 4:30pm-4:45pm.
Parking will be available at the car park parallel to the Ben Travers Theatre.
As a minimum all campers must ensure they have the following;

Please ensure the ‘Kit List’ document below is downloaded for the full list of required items.
Residential campers should pay particular attention to the ‘kit list’ as there will be no washing facilities on site.
Campers will have supervised access to the swimming pool facilities at Charterhouse school, girls are advised to bring swimwear.
Girls are permitted to bring mobiles and any other electrical items (i.e. Tablets, iPods), however English Lacrosse cannot be held responsible if these items are damaged or lost over the duration of camp.
