What time is drop-off and pick-up?

Residential:
Residential campers will need to arrive between 9:30am-10:00am on the first day of camp for registration. This will allow camp staff to arrange your daughter’s kit and rooming arrangements prior to day campers arriving and camp starting.
On the final day of camp you are invited to come and watch your daughters play from 2:00pm, there will also be an opportunity for you to join the girls for a camp presentation which will take place at approximately 4:00pm. If you are unable to attend the afternoon games or presentation, pick up will take place around 4:30pm-4:45pm.

Day:
Day campers will need to arrive between 10:00am-10:30am on the first day of camp for registration**.
Other than the first day of camp, campers will need to arrive at camp at 8:45am for a 9:00am start.
Afternoon sessions will finish at 5:00pm, with pick-up between 5:15pm-5:30pm.
*Day Campers will not be provided with evening meals and must be off site by 5:30pm.
** Registration for Queens School, Chester and Royal Agricultural University will take place between 9:30am-10:00am.

For campers attending a four day camp you are invited to come and watch your daughters play from 2:00pm on their final day, there will also be an opportunity for you to join the girls for a camp presentation which will take place at approximately 4:00pm. What kit is needed?

Depending on whether your daughter is a residential or day camper the equipment she will need will vary.

Food at camp?

Residential
Each camp utilises the catering services of the host schools who provide a variety of balanced meal options each day, ensuring meat, vegetarian and salad options are always available.
Residential campers will receive breakfast, lunch and their evening meals for their duration of camp.

Day Campers
Day campers will be provided lunch on each day they are at camp.
This will be provided by the catering services of the host schools who provide a variety of balanced meal options each day, ensuring meat, vegetarian and salad options are always available.
**Please Note Campers attending Queens School, St Georges and Royal Agricultural University are required to bring a packed lunch with them for each day they attend camp.

Please ensure any dietary requirements are specified on the camp registration forms as the catering services will need to be made aware of these in order to cater for your daughters.

Can parents submit rooming requests?

The majority of rooms provided by the host schools are single occupancy.
We will try to accommodate any requests submitted for campers to be placed in rooms in close proximity however please note this is not always possible.
Girls will have the opportunity to socialise with each other in the communal and dining areas throughout the course of camp.

Rooming requests can be submitted on the registration forms for each camp.

Who do I contact if necessary whilst my daughter is at camp?

If you are required to contact English Lacrosse whilst your daughter is attending camp please call our Head Office on 084365 85006 who will then contact the relevant staff at camp.

First aid & medical?

All staff employed at Triple Arrow camps hold valid first aid certificates and are in a position to apply first aid treatment where necessary. Parents/Guardians will only be contacted in severe cases.

Absences & Illness’s

Residential
If your daughter becomes ill whilst residing at camp, a member of the coaching staff will contact the parent/guardian.

Day
If your daughter becomes ill during the course of camp and is unable to attend please inform a member of staff at Head Office on 084365 85006 who will notify the camp of the absence.
**Please be aware of the cancellation policy in relation to absences or illness’s.

 Use of Mobile phones & electrical items

Girls are permitted to bring any mobiles and other electrical items (i.e. Tablets, iPods) they desire, however English Lacrosse cannot be held responsible if these items are damaged or lost over the duration of camp.
We are aware that your daughters may wish to contact yourselves whilst they are away as for some children being away from home may initially be a little stressful, this is natural and only to be expected.
Please can you ensure that mobile contact is only done in their free time.
Please be aware that it is yours and your daughter’s responsibility to monitor the amount of time they use their electrical devices.

Pocket Money

Camps are fully inclusive, so there is little need to bring large sums of money to the camp.
Any money which is brought onto the camp grounds will be the responsibility of the camper.

 Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your camp booking you must inform English Lacrosse in writing immediately.
Any cancellations or change between a Day Camper or Residential Camp more than one month before the camp start date will be subject to a £100 administration charge.

There will be no refunds for any cancellations made within one month of the camp start date.

Cases of unforeseen circumstances which permit your daughter from attending camp will be assessed on an individual basis.
