Bill first played for England at the 2012 U19 World Championships, they beat Australia in the blue division game however lost to the Iroquois in the bronze medal game. Bill then accompanied the Senior team to Denver as a reserve where the team held on to their 5th spot in the world rankings

Bill started playing pop lacrosse at Primary school when he was 10 years old and was asked to play at Spencer his local club lacrosse team, he played there until he was 19 and went from the U12 to the Senior first team. He then moved to Manchester for University where in his first year he played for Brooklands, however transferred to Poynton 3 years ago and has played there since for the first team.
