Isabel represented England for the first time in 2011 at the U19 World Championship in Hannover, Germany and gained her first Senior Cap at the 2015 Home Internationals.

Isabel played in BUCS for the University of Durham where she has been the starting goalie for the last three years, taking gold in 2015.

A: Team USA as they always prove to be a formidable challenge, especially for a goalie
Q: What’s your proudest Lacrosse moment?
A: Being resilient and tenacious through adversity as that has fundamentally shaped who I am today.
Q: Do you have any pre-game rituals/superstitions?
A: I have to wear a red scarf under my helmet which everyone else thinks is gross!

A: I have two: ‘when one door shuts, another one open’ and ‘it is your attitude, not your aptitude, that determines your altitude’

A: Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, gravy and apple pie with vanilla custard.
Q: Who is your favourite sports hero (s)?
A: Serena Williams for her drive, her ability to consistently perform under pressure and her general attitude on and off the court

A: NCIS and the West Wing.
