We are sorry to announce the passing of Bill Baird at the age of 91.

Bill was a tremendous servant of Lacrosse over many years and at all levels of the game . He was an active member of Heaton Mersey Lacrosse and served  Lacrosse in many senior positions including Chairman of the English lacrosse Union and Chairman of North of England Lacrosse Association. He led the Management team who organised the 1994 Men’s World Championship.
