Canterbury's lacrosse players decided to put the boot on the other foot and try their hand at coaching for a day.  Members of the local school's 1st XII hosted a POP lacrosse 'taster' session on Sunday November 20th for area youth.  The event was organised through SCO Sonya Benhke and Kent Development Officer, Martha Cornbrooks also as part of 'Year of the Volunteer.'

Over twenty boys and girls came to the playing fields to learn a new sport, or for the already experienced players, to learn new skills.  All participated in small-sided games at the end of the afternoon in what was an exciting day for all those involved.
