The England U19
Men's team, which is competing in this year's U19 World Championships. has launched its team microsite:
http://englandU19lacrosse.sportspaces.com

The microsite, provided by Sportcentric, who also produced English Lacrosse's current site, allows team members and administrators to create and edit their own content. English Lacrosse Communications Manager Ashley Tarran-Jones explains:

'One of the things the team wanted right from the offset was the ability to post news and results quickly, which is something that all minor sports struggle with. There will be no official English Lacrosse staff providing coverage on site in Canada, so we wanted to try something different than just reporting results the day after the games.'

The microsite will be run by the U19 Parents Volunteer group, many of which are travelling with the players, and already has reports from the team's foray into the British National Championships last weekend. Check the site now to see what else the U19s have added so far.
