English Lacrosse Association Public Liability Insurance

Dear Member

Re: English Lacrosse Association Public Liability Insurance

We have had the issue of public liability insurance raised with us particularly in the area of the responsibility for issues which would logically lie with another organization such as an umbrella club-as is the situation with many Lacrosse clubs.

Basically ELA public liability covers Lacrosse related issues which would be the responsibility of the ELA member club. If a matter was related to another area such as a non Lacrosse event at a multi sports club then we would expect the liability issue to be covered by a policy held by the umbrella club.

If you wish to discuss this matter further do not hesitate to contact ELA Head Office.

Yours Sincerely,
