The English Lacrosse Online Membership System fully complies with the 1998 Data Protection Act and is designed to let members and clubs manage their details, giving English Lacrosse the ability to gain insight into accurate figures of current membership, annual growth and future development opportunities.

Not only is the aggregate data essential for English Lacrosse to continue development, but also, as a National Governing Body, it is our obligation to provide membership reports to Sport England as part of our funding agreement.  These aggregate reports enable us to provide Sport England with the information they need to make the case to the Government for sport funding.  In recent years the amount of funding, particularly to grass roots sports, has risen sharply and if the case for a healthier more active society can be made, it will continue to rise.  Lacrosse has been one of the beneficiaries of this support and with it, have been able to run the development programme which, in the 2005-06 season, has over 80 coaches working in clubs and schools; distributed funds to grass roots club development schemes and upgraded our membership services and communication tools to enhance the sport.

If you have further questions regarding our membership system, please feel free to contact the Head Office.
