Coaching Workshops and Seminars
English Lacrosse has one coaching workshops available for September.
'Getting it Right On Game Day'- A workshop for all coaches about coaching soloutions on match day.Date: 21/09/2010
Venue: Brooklands Lacrosse Club, Manchester
During the workshop you will be guided through several key steps of the coaching process, covering pre game planning, team preparation, match day routines, game changing interventions and performance evaluation.
The workshop will provide you with an opportunity to share ideas and learn from other coaches, and the tutor will draw from current best practice and use cross sport examples where appropriate.

Train to Gain
English Lacrosse is pleased to announce a free NVQ course in Lacrosse. The course based through Trafford College will enable people, aged 16+, with no formal sports qualifications to access a free NVQ 2 Coaching Teaching and Instructing in Lacrosse. Education and Skills Manager, Paul Coups, has successfully engaged with Trafford College and Skills Active to enable people, who meet the criteria, to access the course for free as part of the Train to Gain initiative. There will be a sign up session at Brooklands Lacrosse Club on Thursday 27th May at 6.30 p.m.
