English Lacrosse is pleased to announce that the BBC has agreed to become a broadcast partner of the 2017 FIL Rathbones Women’s Lacrosse World Cup in Guildford.
This momentous announcement represents the first time that the sport has been shown free to air in the UK, a recognition of the growth of lacrosse as a major sport in the UK.
Surrey Sports Park will host the RathbonesWorld Cup from 12-22 July, featuring 25 nations from around the world including all the home nations and current world champions USA as well as newly emerging nations such as China and Colombia.
