A: I am proud any time I put on an England shirt, but I think going to my U19 World Cup was a big highlight… and getting my first senior England cap. Also, meeting Jen Adams at my U19 World Cup and then again when we played against Loyola… She’s a hero!
Q: Do you have any pre-game rituals/superstitions?
A: No… I don’t like to have any essential pre-game rituals. Just a good breakfast and a few good tunes in the car on the way to the game.
Q: What’s your “Weapon of Choice” favourite lacrosse stick?
A: I have a DeBeer Impulse… A classic!

A: Clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose.
Q: What is your favourite food (s)?

A: Before a match or training/work out I like to listen to hip-hop or rap music, but in general life I like to kick back with some Ben Howard or George Ezra. I also really like The Beatles!
Q: Who is your favourite sports hero (s)?
A: My favourite lacrosse hero is Jen Adams… But in other sports, I like Katherine Grainger (I cried when she got her gold medal in 2012!), Paula Radcliffe and Jonny Wilkinson.
Q: What is your favourite movie (s)?
