Sophie Whitehead

International Experience
Sophie represented England for the first time in 2011 at the U19 World Championship in Hannover, Germany. She then won a gold medal with Team England at the 2015 ELF European Championships in Nymburk, Czech Republic. Most recently Sophie was part of the Australia touring squad and played in the 2016 Fall Classic.

Sophie previously played in BUCS for the University of Birmingham. She attended Withington Girls School and plays club lacrosse for Birmingham. She has also represented North at both senior and junior levels.

A: Australia tour in 2016 – beating the Aussies on their home turf was great!

A: Hair in a plait and a bit of a boogie and I am ready to go!

A: STX Crux-I

A: No regrets.
