International Experience
Sophie represented England for the first time in 2011 at the U19 World Championship in Hannover, Germany. She then won a gold medal with Team England at the 2015 ELF European Championships in Nymburk, Czech Republic.

Sophie currently plays in BUCS for the University of Birmingham. She attended Withington Girls School and plays club lacrosse for Wilmslow. She has also represented North at both senior and junior levels.

A: Winning the European Championships 2015.

A: Not really, a good team warm up and my hair in a  plait and Im ready to go.
