> You should supply all graphics and fonts used and provide a print-out so we know what you expect to see when printed.  We reserve the right to substitute fonts where there are not supplied.

> Once your advert has been output, we will send you a proof, normally as Acrobat PDF or graphic file by email.  Alternatively a laser proof can be faxed or posted to you.  Colour proofs can be provided at extra cost.

Film and File Specifications

Graphics files should be scanned at a minimum of 300dpi at size to print (preferred 350dpi).  They can be supplied as TIF, EPS or if sending by email as Maximum quality JPEGs.

NB: Full Colour graphics should be converted to CMYK rather than RGB and beware of sending screen resolution (72dpi) graphics - there are far too low resolution for litho printing.

Professionally produced film:  Not our preferred option, but if this is the only method available,  we require positive, right reading, emulsion side down.  Preferred screen 175lpi (minimum 133lpi).  Dot gain 10%.
