The English Lacrosse Association developed and implemented an equity plan, which was awarded the “Race Equality Preliminary Standard” on the 13^th of April 2003, and since then English Lacrosse has been ensuring, through the implementation of its equity policy, that equality and diversity are embedded into all the organisation’s policies, structures and actions.
