Ben McAllister (Coach)

International Experience

Ben is the most experienced player in the squad having been starting goalie for England at each of the last 6 international tournaments, and this summer will join a select group to play in 4 World Championships. During his time with the national team, England have achieved two 5th place finishes in World Championships (2006 and 2010), a 6th place (2002 World Championships) and won the European Championships three times (2004, 2008).

Club/School/College/County (Territorial) Experience 

Ben followed in the footsteps of his father and various uncles when he began playing lacrosse for Mellor in the Northern Premier Division. Ben represented Mellor for 13 years, spending 6 as captain and winning 3 league titles. Whilst studying at university Ben spent two seasons at Nottingham and 1 at Southern Premier side Kenton. In 2009 Ben moved to Stockport and has been part of the side that has secured 4 league titles, 3 Senior Flags, European club Championships and various other trophies. Ben has represented his county Cheshire for 10 years, spending 7 years as captain and lifting the British National Championships on numerous occasions.
