Sophie currently plays in the Women’s Super League. She previously attended St Swithun’s School and played BUCS lacrosse for the University of Birmingham.

Q: At what age did you begin to play lacrosse?
Q: What are you most looking forward to RWLC17?
A: Playing against the top three teams is always challenging and exciting.
Q: What’s your proudest Lacrosse moment?
A: Winning bronze at Euros 2004, it was my first international tournament and as a youngster in the team it what really started my playing career.
Q: Do you have any pre-game rituals/superstitions?
A: I always have to put my left sock and shoe on first then my right – Goalies always have weird rountines! Also I always have to eat a banana before I play

A: Gait Sentinel

A: ‘You never know to what heights you can soar until you spread your wings to fly’

A: My mum’s chicken pie!

A: Im a big fan of 80’s cheese but cant bear a bit of Kanye or Eminem pre game.

A: Maddie Hinch – Game winning England Hockey Keeper.

A: Top Gun (I walked down the aisle to the theme tune!)
